A regular update can provide you with effective bug fixes, improved features, and performance. Updates are designed to keep Mac computers safe and protected from exploiting susceptible spots. Once you purchase a new laptop, an operating system upgrade is important. This post will help you learn the basic considerations for this upgrade. If you’re thinking of going for a MacBook 2016 upgrade, then keep scrolling down. It translates to a 2560×1600 resolution on a 13” model.īesides this, MacBook 2016 came with a host of high-end features. Its retina display has a 67% contrast ratio and is 67% brighter. It is the lightest and thinnest MacBook with the Touch ID power button. I never use upscale below quality mode. The MacBook Pro 2016 was launched on Apple’s 25th anniversary. If it gets to a point I am dropping below 100 down to around 80ish, then I will probably put it to Quality mode upscale. Remnant isn't as demanding because it does not use the Lumen Lighting yet. In some Ue5 games I don't even need Upscale, like in remnant 2 I can still hit 100 fps average maxed out on ultra without any upscale at 1440p. If you are the person that is ok with 60 fps or so without using upscale, you can probably drop some settings here and there or just maybe drop the resolution down to 1080p. Especially if its on all Epic or ultra settings you are going to need Upscale and or frame gen moving forward, if you want reasonable FPS. With UE5 upcoming games you are going to NEED one or the other or Both in some cases depending on what settings you are wanting to run. I see what you are saying, I also hated using any type of upscale and or frame gen for the longest. My 3080 cant max this game out with fps dips under 55 on native 1440p on epic. U still playing on 1080p in theory with dlss so thats not really maxed out. With fsr they can get about 5-10fps more on top of that but the quality looks shimmery, so that is why I use TSR or TAAU. That being said even a rtx 3080 ti can max this game out at 1440p epic with dlss and get around 90-100 FPS avg with some dips here and there to 80's in demanding areas.Ī 6900xt can get around 100 Fps Avg and 6950xt around 100-110 avg at 1440p epic with TAAU / TSR upscale at quality 67% percentage.
